Subscription, cancellation, and refunds

Effective: 2026-10-28 Version: 2026-11-02.1

The seller

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for the paid subscription. Card collection, tax, and the buyer document are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Aurafade provides the software and is not the party that charges the card. The seller shown at checkout is Lemon Squeezy.

Monthly subscription and trial

A salon first receives a 30-day free trial. The paid plan is monthly. Cancellation stops the next renewal. After cancellation the salon remains usable until the end of the period already paid, then it locks.

Failed payment

If collection fails, there is a 7-day grace period. When it ends, writes are locked. Access returns when the amount due is settled.

Refunds

Whether a payment is refunded is decided under Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. Aurafade does not refund the card itself. If the account is deleted, the subscription is cancelled and salon access ends immediately. Any refund of unused days happens only if Lemon Squeezy’s terms provide it, and only by them.

Distance sales

Aurafade does not publish a separate distance-sales contract that names Aurafade as the seller. The seller of the payment contract is Lemon Squeezy. Pre-contract information and withdrawal, where consumer law applies, belong to the seller and are presented by Lemon Squeezy at checkout. A salon subscription is ordinarily bought in the course of business. If a purchase is a consumer contract, the seller-side documents are still Lemon Squeezy’s.
