Delete inside the app

A partner account can be deleted from the menu in the mobile app and in the partner web panel. App store forms should use this address: https://aurafade.com/legal/account-deletion

Salon owner

When the owner deletes the account, they confirm by typing the salon name. The Lemon Squeezy subscription is cancelled, access ends immediately, and the salon is archived. The owner’s account and device registrations are deleted immediately. Staff accounts are not deleted. Their memberships end, pending invitations are cancelled, and their device registrations stay with them. Salon data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted, together with membership and invitation records. There is no in-app restore. A refund depends on Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

Staff

A staff member deletes only their own account and confirms by typing the name of the salon they belong to. Their device registrations are deleted. Their future bookings are cancelled. The salon’s client and register records stay with the salon. Unpaid earnings can remain a debt of the salon owner.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot open the account, email PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL and include the phone number on the account. Privacy requests go to PLACEHOLDER_KVKK_EMAIL. The account is not deleted until we can identify it. Effective 2026-10-28, version 2026-11-02.1.
